“Make the best use of what is in your power, and take the rest as it happens. Some things are up to us, and some things are not up to us.”

-Epictetus

Life gets overwhelming—fast. Maybe you’re juggling a million tasks, your mind won’t stop racing, or family stress has you wanting to cocoon under your blankets and stay there. In a world of constant notifications, pressure, and comparison, it’s completely normal to feel like things snowball out of control.

Epictetus reminds us of something simple but powerful: the importance of finding balance between what we can change and what we’re better off releasing our grip from. I know firsthand that it can be challenging, but that’s where therapy can help empower you. My role is to support you in tapping into the strengths you already have, uncovering new ones, and helping you feel more grounded when life feels too loud.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed by life’s circumstances, those healing from trauma, and anyone who just wishes they had someone to listen—really listen—to their story. Starting counseling is a brave step, and I want you to know that you already have the ability to create the life you want, one small step at a time. Even clicking on this page is a sign you’re moving in the right direction.

I’m currently a graduate student in The College of New Jersey’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and hold a B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth University. During my undergraduate years, I met a counselor who inspired my passion for this field and helped me understand what it’s like to experience therapy sitting across from a new therapist. That experience deeply shaped how I show up today and reminded me how life-changing a good therapeutic relationship can be.

I have the most experience helping people understand their patterns, to reconnect with what truly matters to them, and begin building a life more aligned with their values. Over the years, I’ve learned that challenges with emotions, presence, and relationships are universal—and that healing usually begins with curiosity and small, steady steps.

As your counselor, my goal is to equip you with practical, meaningful tools you can use in real life. I want you to feel more capable, more excited, and more confident as you face whatever comes your way. Our work together is a collaborative process: a place to explore who you are now, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. You can expect honesty, warmth, occasional humor, goal-setting when helpful, and consistent support. I plan to meet you where you’re at, whether that means just listening, providing handouts, or brainstorming on a white board. My hope is that each session leaves you with greater purpose, self-trust, and confidence in creating a life that feels genuinely yours.

Outside of sessions, you can usually find me making homemade ice cream, drumming, wandering around Princeton or the Jersey shore, taking long walks with my dad and miniature pinscher, watching the Flyers, or trying new recipes with my boyfriend (he often ends up taking the lead in the kitchen and there is high likelihood for me to deviate from the recipe without his help). I also love reading and watching videos about psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy, often with an overly-sweetened cup of coffee within reach. When I’m unwinding, I’m probably watching Parks and Recreation or Severance with a pint of Ben & Jerry’s.
