We are located in both Voorhees and Moorestown, also serving all over the state virtually.

Open Positions:
  • Primary Clinician for clients struggling with emotion dysregulation, self harm, suicidal thinking and general therapy requests (anxiety, depression, etc). Full Time 23 Direct Clinical Hours Per Week ; 32 Total Hours Per Week On Average, Voorhees Office

Clinical staff must hold a valid license in the state of New Jersey and have a strong dedication for treating a population who struggle with self harm, suicidal thinking and high emotion dysregulation. Must be a self starter mindset that thrives in a team setting. Someone who loves ongoing learning and training and describes themselves as motivated! 

Clinical staff are expected to provide comprehensive DBT, which includes the four modes of treatment:

  1. Weekly Individual Therapy

  2. Skills Training Groups

  3. Weekly DBT Consultation Team

  4. DBT Phone Coaching

Our full time therapists deliver an average of 23 hours of direct client care (individual/group) and commit to weekly team meetings, while being eligible for the following benefits:

  • Flexible scheduling: Therapists can choose to create a 4-day or 5-day schedule with some work being virtual.

Interview Process

Those interested in applying for a position with DBT of South Jersey should follow the application steps below.
1. Once we receive your application and resume, we will reach out to you if we would like to move forward with your first interview.
2. After your first interview, you will be asked to submit a work product demonstration that consists of client treatment scenarios and role play preparations.
3. Once this step is completed, the team will review your answers and determine if you should be scheduled for a second interview, that will take place with the Clinical Director and Clinical Lead.
4. You will be asked to participate in a role play for your second interview, and the final steps include a skills teaching portion before formally being offered a position at DBT of South Jersey.
