“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

– Carl Jung

We spend so much time running away from ourselves and our pain. I believe the true magic of therapy begins when we turn toward ourselves with compassion, understanding and radical acceptance. Paired with intention, we can begin the work toward a better quality of life. I believe that healing can naturally flourish from this place of self-awareness and acceptance and is ultimately guided by what feels intrinsically true to one’s heart. In my practice, I hope to help those who may struggle to embrace the full potential of their humanity and are looking to connect with their authentic selves. For those who feel lost and disconnected from themselves and the world around them, I welcome you to embark on the beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing.

I am earning my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey, where I received my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Women and Gender Studies. I have a strong interest in Depth Psychology and the soul and also have a strong personal history with Mindfulness, yoga, and other spiritual work. Using different tools and modalities to find deeper meaning informs my practice and has prepared me to best support those who are looking to become more in touch with their spiritual Self.

I feel most influential as a counselor when working with young adults who are in this process of intense self-discovery, searching for meaning, or in the process of a powerful life transition. My role as a therapist is to collaborate with you to find goals that feel right and true to you and help to create a plan for you to achieve them.

When I am not working with clients, I love to spend time with my cat, read, and enjoy nature. My absolute favorite pass-time is writing poetry somewhere outside with a beautiful view.
