“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” – Rumi

Many people reach a point in life where they find themselves asking, “What is going on with me—or with us?” They may feel stuck after experiencing severe trauma or the quieter, everyday hardships that accumulate over time. They might notice that they feel things deeply, struggle to keep up with life in the ways they believe others do, or find themselves caught in painful patterns within their relationships.
In my work as a therapist, I focus on supporting people in these moments. I have extensive experience helping individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed by their emotions, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we explore where you have been, begin healing the experiences that may be keeping you stuck, and clarify the direction you want your life to take.
I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University in 2018 and received my professional licensure in social work in 2018. Since this time I have worked in diverse fields of behavioral health, medical care, case management and behavioral health tech. During my journey I have attained EMDR certification from EMDRIA in 2019 and Level 1 DBT certification in 2024 from Behavioral Tech Institute. I also was trained in the Gottman Method for Couples in 2025.
My professional work in this field began in domestic violence and sexual assault work with survivors and families of survivors. This work impacted my focus on supporting children, families, couples and individuals struggling with big feelings and coping with the complexities of life.
My hope is that through our work together, you feel more connected to your sense of self, more aligned with your goals and values, and better prepared to navigate the complexity and messiness that life inevitably brings.
When I’m not working with clients I like to spend time visiting Longwood Gardens or enjoying being outdoors whether I’m hiking or reading a book in the park.
